Transitions Fall Yoga Retreat Recap!

This retreat was definitely on the more adventurous end of the spectrum as far as our getaways go. I had a C-Section

I had an obsession with “natural” labor. My husband and I did a virtual labor and delivery course and we skipped the chapter on c-sections ….we confidently felt we wouldn’t be needing that route. When we found ourselves faced with prepping for the operating room I thought, “we didn’t watch the damn video on this.”
